The Institute for International People-to-People Exchange in Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established in June 2022 as a joint venture between the Center for Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange of the Ministry of Education and Sichuan Tourism College. The Institute takes innovation and entrepreneurship as the grip to build an open, application-oriented and internationalized platform for innovation and entrepreneurship research, humanities exchange, talent training, decision-making and social services. 01 Membership Application Unit Profile
Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Vocational College establishes an international educational concept, is a university with international vision and background, adheres to the establishment of stable cooperative relations with vocational colleges and educational institutions in countries with developed vocational education, serves the construction of the "Belt and Road", adheres to "please come in" and "go out", introduces high-quality international resources and integrates advanced international vocational education standards.
The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established on December 22, 2017. The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is committed to serving the national innovation-driven development strategy, integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training, combining the characteristics of vocational education in polytechnics, cultivating students' innovative spirit, strengthening students' awareness of entrepreneurship, striving to implant "innovation and entrepreneurship genes" for students, and focusing on cultivating application-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship talents required for national economic transformation and upgrading. The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship has an innovation and entrepreneurship center and a career guidance center to provide a platform for all students to serve students' innovation and entrepreneurship work in a professional, standardized and long-term manner.
02 Work carried out by member applicant units
(1) Achieve extensive exchanges and cooperation with overseas institutions
The college exchanges and cooperates with Durham College in Canada, Massey University in New Zealand, Downdock Institute of Technology in Ireland and other overseas colleges, and students from the two countries exchange after completing their specialty studies at the university, laying the foundation for the development of international talent training programs for professional groups.
(2) "Please come in"
Taking the opening of the China-Europe express train at Shijiazhuang International Dry Port in Gaoyi County as an opportunity, foreign experts are invited to teach the latest technological developments, concepts or courses (times). Select 5 high-level foreign teachers, introduce no less than 25 teachers with relevant international education backgrounds, and invite foreign experts to give lectures on professional construction.
(3) "Going Out"
Key teachers were selected to go to countries with developed vocational education for exchange and study, and 20 people went abroad for exchanges.
(4) Implement the "Overseas Study" project
The research and training center was established, and it is planned to organize 30 students to study overseas in countries with developed vocational education "dual system" to broaden students' international vision.
(5) Jointly build an international training center
With the support of the Group's superior resources, we will strengthen cooperation between universities and universities, and jointly build an international practical training center outside the country (territory) to improve the practice level of vocational education.
(6) Participate in international academic exchange conferences
Participate in international academic exchange conferences 3-5 times, explore new models of international talent training, and introduce and integrate advanced vocational education standards for vocational education.
